Culina Group Limited, through its subsidiaries, provides logistics, warehousing, distribution, and other services for the food and drink industry in United Kingdom and Ireland. It provides chilled, ambient, contract packaging, and bonded logistics services, as well as value-added services, such as online visibility and systems integration, pallet management, and supply chain management.
The role of the Group Learning and Development Manager is to work within our L&D team, providing proactive and professional direction and support to our operational teams. This role will utilise learning and development methods to deliver key learning solutions across Culina Group, applying best practice HR solutions and aligning L&D services to the business needs.
You will be responsible to lead a team of 3, dealing with senior stakeholders and driving KPIs.
We are looking for an individual who is able to travel to various sites across the UK to both build relationships with the operational teams and at times deliver key training.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
