WE ARE MOLLIE'S
A Motel and Diner concept like no other. Mollie’s is an award winning, pioneering, and affordable lifestyle motel and dining brand with rapid expansion plans to roll out a pipeline of new venues across the UK. Innovatively designed by Soho House, Mollie’s brings a contemporary, stylish take on the American roadside pitstop promising guests a relaxed, homely experience with carefully considered luxury touches. “Lovable, affordable and arguably long-overdue”, Mollie’s was hailed as radically redefining the British roadside experience when it won the Best Innovator in the GQ Food & Drink Awards last year and most recently awarded “Budget Hotel of the Year 2021” by the Sunday Times. Following the success of its first site, a motel, diner & drive-thru in Oxfordshire, it launched its second motel & diner in Bristol earlier this year. A third site in Manchester is currently underway and a further ten locations are already earmarked as part of the immediate expansion plan to forge a new ‘budget-luxe’ sector in the travel and leisure industry. Mollie’s is now on the hunt for a hardworking, enthusiastic Training Manager to join our team and build a successful career with an inventive, high growth brand at the forefront of the hospitality sector.
