The Role:

As the Clinical Training Manager, you are responsible for leading and implementing a strategic approach to education and workforce development across GenesisCare. This role requires a proactive, innovative, and collaborative leader who is passionate about advancing the skills and professional development of our teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring our training offerings align with national best practices and drive engagement, motivation, and excellence across the workforce. What You'll Do:

  • Developing and implementing a training strategy that ensures governance, compliance, and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Leading education programmes and initiatives, including bespoke clinical training, leadership development, and graduate programmes.
  • Managing and maintaining education records to ensure compliance and support reporting needs.
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation to identify and address training needs effectively.

What You'll Have:

Experience and skills:

  • Proven experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating clinical training programmes.
  • Experience in education governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • A strong track record of working in a healthcare environment with a focus on training and workforce development.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high visibility and effective collaboration across the organisation.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • A relevant healthcare-related qualification (e.g., nursing, radiography, or a related clinical field).
  • In-depth knowledge of CPD requirements and revalidation processes.
  • Familiarity with education management systems and eLearning platforms.
  • A recognised qualification in training or equivalent experience in workforce education and development is desirable.

Other requirements for this role:

  • A commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in workforce development.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support training initiatives across GenesisCare locations.
