Join our outsourcing line of business as a DC Pension - Traning Manger and be a part of our fundamental training team for WTW's DC master trust Lifesight in our Redhill office!
LifeSight, WTW’s DC master trust, represents one of our biggest business growth opportunities in the UK. Our growing business has already quickly gained a foothold in this exciting market supported by a targeted approach to the market to make us stand out against our competitors.
Our objective is to become the pre-eminent player in outsourced pensions for large companies and to be a market leader and innovator in the field. We expect LifeSight to become one of the largest UK pension plans in terms of assets under management. We have secured in excess of £20bn of assets under management and over 400,000 members with a pipeline which will enable us to grow this exponentially over the coming years.
Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is a leader in the marketplace. They offer excellent opportunities for experienced pension professionals. Our global Outsourcing line of business provides outsourced administration services to occupational pension funds, working with some of the world’s leading organisations.
The Training Team are a fundamental part of the Outsourcing GB (OGB) line of business. Due to continued growth on the LifeSight master trust team, we are now expanding to recruit a dedicated LifeSight training manager that will be part of the training team but with a matrix reporting line directly into the LifeSight team, via the Operational Excellence (Op Ex) Manager. We are therefore looking for an experienced, highly motivated and energetic Training Manager who can deliver training directly to the growing LifeSight team and expand LifeSight learning opportunities. The LifeSight team are required to be proficient in standard OGB admin procedures, LifeSight-specific admin procedures, and understand the broader services (communications, technology, investment, governance) that make up the LifeSight proposition.
