What you'll do:

Role model learning culture by being passionate and driven in your own development as a Learning professional
Experience in delivering learning in a variety of mediums and achieve demonstrable business outcomes as a result; this includes face to face, digital and virtual solutions
Understanding of UX Design
Must have experience in Articulate (Rise and Storyline)
Good demonstrable understanding of graphic design, layout and brand
Experience in Adobe suite (PS, Ai, Ae, Pr and XD)
Experience in rapid solution finding to meet the tactical needs of the business as needed
Experience in Asana or equivalent project management tool/systems
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Good coaching skills and preferably accredited with relevant experience & or professional qualification in Learning & Development, Coaching & Facilitation.
Strong technical skills or knowledge on LMS systems and resources used across the sector (CSG internally), inc. the office suite, Teams, thrive@sky and so on
