Job Description

Talentfactor is working with our clients to implement Mentoris, our cutting-edge mentoring platform. This project aims to enhance employee development, foster a culture of knowledge sharing, and improve overall organizational performance. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated L&D Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the successful implementation of this project.

Role Summary

The L&D Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients throughout the Mentoris implementation process. This includes conducting needs assessments, customizing the Mentoris platform, developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent project management skills, and a passion for helping organizations build a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the client's specific mentoring needs, goals, and objectives.

  • Platform Customization: Collaborate with the Talentfactor technical team to customize the Mentoris platform to align with the client's branding, culture, and requirements.

  • Training Materials Development: Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, user guides, and online resources, to support the adoption of Mentoris.

  • Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to client employees, including mentors, mentees, and program administrators, using a variety of delivery methods (e.g., in-person, virtual).

  • Change Management: Support the development and execution of change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the Mentoris program.

  • Evaluation and Measurement: Develop and implement evaluation plans to assess the effectiveness of the Mentoris program and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization, including HR leaders, managers, and employees.

  • Project Management: Manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the successful and timely completion of the Mentoris implementation project.

Best Practice Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in mentoring and learning and development,

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a learning and development role, with a focus on designing, developing, and delivering training programs.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing mentoring programs is highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.

  • Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.

  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
