Reporting to the Head of L&D, this role is responsible for providing a high quality, commercially focused Learning & Development services through designing and delivering appropriate development activities that support the delivery of the L&D strategy. There is opportunity within this role for someone to have a real impact on Railpen’s culture and performance, enabling our people to achieve their full potential through career planning, learning and development.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrable knowledge and experience of working within the pensions sector who is currently working within a learning and development role or is looking to pursue a career within this field.
The successful candidate will be passionate about developing colleagues across Railpen and comfortable in actively seeking and encouraging feedback. You will have a creative flair to enable your training design and delivery to be highly engaging whilst delivering to key objectives. You will be comfortable presenting to various sized audiences in person and virtually, ensuring your training sessions are impactful and relevant.
