Training Manager
Hours: 30 hours per week with flexibility. Some evenings and weekends required.
Salary: £28,064 - £30,602 FTE (pro-rata - salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge)
Contract: 1 x Permanent 1x FTC
Base: Osney Mead and Remote, however this role will require travel across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and occasionally, nationally.

Oxfordshire Mind is seeking to recruit two training managers to be able to design and deliver mental health training to workplaces in Berkshire and Oxfordshire. One post is permanent, and the other for a fixed 12-month term (with potential for extension). The successful candidates will be qualified to deliver MHFA products and Suicide Prevention training. We require a total of 8 days a week between the two roles and are open to discussing flexibility with candidates to suit their needs. We are looking for an adaptive trainer who works well in a team but is also happy working solo to deliver high quality mental health and wellbeing training.
